Esenda is an online school fee collection service; they approached the production team at Blue Whale Media during their launch as they wanted a video that explains what they do. Within the video, they wanted to explain their process, the benefits of their platform and how it could help current and future clients. The client already had some ideas in mind; our team used them as inspiration for the Esenda video; they liked other animation videos from companies such as Revolut and other online banking systems.
Via zoom calls, our production team worked with the client to create a plan for their video and an animation storyboard; this ensured that both our team and client were on the same page before production started. From planning the concept to the full delivery took, the process took about 10 weeks to complete. The reason for the lengthy production is that our team created a highly specialised custom animation for Esenda, to not only showcase the simplicity of the Esenda payment portal but to present the elegant design of the Esenda app and its intuitive user interface. 12 months later, Esenda contacted our production team again as they wanted an updated version of the video; this aims to reflect where the company has grown and developed compared to where it was during the launch. A similar process to the first video was undertaken to deliver an updated video to the client.
